QBS Technology Group has appointed leading audit, tax and consulting firm RSM to guide the company through its next phase of growth.
The renowned IT software platform, established in 1987, which employs 70 staff across the UK and on mainland Europe, is set to embark on what it sees as a series of opportunities to grow via both organic and acquisitive means.
The company will work with RSM to identify opportunities to strengthen, bolster and expand both its UK and European capabilities, as well as establish a presence in the Asia-Pacific region.
“As we anticipate the next chapter of our growth journey it was imperative that we secured a partner who understood what we wanted to achieve and who knew how best to put that vision into practice. I’m confident RSM will give us the diverse skillset we require, combined with the cross-border capability of an international firm, yet with the agility to act quickly when those opportunities arise, during what will undoubtedly be a very exiting period for this company” commented Dave Stevinson, CEO, QBS Technology Group.
“We’re delighted to have been appointed by QBS. We look forward to working closely with the team to identify and deliver the most effective means of super-charging the growth potential of a business that continues to position itself as a leader in its field” added Paul Watts, partner at RSM.
With offices in London, Paris, Telford and Warrington, QBS provides a comprehensive range of products produced by a wide spectrum of software publishers. Its services range from software sourcing to the technical support required to establish and deliver its product range.
